Secure long term funding enables us to provide schools with energetic, enthusiastic teachers who provide a vibrant addition to your school staff. 4Kali teachers are committed to working as a member of your school teaching team for a minimum of 6 months. Collaborating with your school staff to create exciting new Schemes of Work and carefully planned lessons, the teaching and learning of English is truly enhanced. Our new Education Programme is designed to build on the achievements of last year when we became involved in the post tsunami relief effort.

About 4Kali.org Teachers

4Kali teachers are carefully chosen according to a rigorous selection process to ensure that they are qualified, trained and experienced and can bring new ideas to your school for the benefit of the children and other staff. They are Native English Speakers and so will provide your school with valuable support for the teaching of English.

4Kali.org teachers are required to provide full CVs and references and participate in an evaluation system to ensure consistent high standards. With access to training and further professional development, they are encouraged to remain long term. 4Kali.org provides a fully equipped Teachers’ Centre in Khuk Khak where training events for the teachers are held, and your school staff is welcome to attend.
